I got it from the devCpp packet download. But I want to think they have a 
homepage. Um...  I think it is
www.allegro.com. I have it installed, through DevCpp, but I think I also 
have it on CD-rom that came with my programming book. It is kinda 
outdated(least I think so, I didn't check the version) but if you want it, I 
can send it to you privately. Let me know. It will allow you to play sounds, 
draw graphics, test your computers hardware specs, and other such things. I 
really like it so far.
